At Goodness Vegan Clean Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all clean beauty essentials. To maintain our commitment to sustainability, we accept returns on items that are at least 50% full in their original eco-friendly packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label will be sent to your inbox for you to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack with Care

  Place the products securely in their original box or any recyclable mailer to ensure they arrive safely back at our clean beauty warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
